Before reaching out to Rick you will need to have all this info gathered first. He is here to help y

Client name:

Birthday and all their basic info ( phone, address, email) 

Assets they have sitting to prefund their annuity

1. Age

2. Male or Female?

3. State they live in

4. Assets: 

     How much sitting in cash? 

     How much sitting in 401k or similar retirement account?

     Any cd's or mutual funds? 

5. Goal for the money? ( what do they want this to do for them? retirement income, death benefit? etc? )

6.  How soon do they need to be able to collect this money?  Example: When are they planning to retire to pull out funds? 

7. Are these Qualified or Non- Qualified funds?  ( Qualified means it was funds that qualified for a retirement accounts like a 401k where Non- Qualified is money sitting in savings/ checking's)
