My Philosophy

My approach to coaching is a little different. I have been a sales manager for years. I have always been the top producer at every company I worked for.

I work with my agents to help you identify your strengths, overcome limiting beliefs. I find the biggest reason for failure is excuses guys so leave them at the door. We all have stuff going on in our lives. We all want to make more. We all have a past but here we are focused on your FUTURE.

This training will teach you strategies for achieving YOUR goals. I have hit mine so now it's time to help YOU get the life YOU deserve. You told me you were angry enough to bet on yourself, you were tired of working for someone else's wealth and you are ready to build wealth for your family while getting to help others in the process.

What are the 4 C's of success? —

Commitment= Commit to make this your Legacy, your alternative is to go back and work for someone else so don't quit on yourself, instead push to be the best.

Courage= Hitting the phone can seem scary have courage to know you are lead by Giants who cleared a path for you to follow.

Capability= If you can listen and retain information you are capable so don't let anyone else tell you different.

Confidence—you can create 10x breakthroughs and avoid the traps of complacency and courage-avoidance that many successful entrepreneurs fall into if you just have confidence in yourself.

4 Corner Stones RAAT

1. Resources = You need a steady flow of leads. Realistically you need 20-30 leads a week to have success

2. Activity = Hit the phone. You can expect to be making 20-30 hours worth of calls a week, anything less is a hobby and hob

Train = Be resourceful we start agents at very competitive comps and we supply you on here with a ton of resources but it is up to you to take advantage of them, it is not your mentors job to find the answers to items on here. Golden rule is look on here first and then if you can't find the answer ask your mentor we are all here to help you but you have to help yourself first.
